After you pass through customs and collect your luggage at baggage claim, proceed through the exit gate. 2. Outside the terminal, you will see 2–3 personnel wearing yellow vests. These are the airport dispatch staff, and they are the only ones authorized to contact your driver. 3. Simply inform them that you are with “Pegasus VIP Transportation”. 4. Once the dispatch team calls us, your driver—who will be stationed nearby—will arrive at the airport within 1–10 minutes to pick you up.
